Yes they make macro pads that will do what you want. You can also use a steam deck if you want to get fancier.

So the pad itself is this guy
And the keys I actually made myself. I started with a 3d master, printed on a resin printer. Then I make silicone molds off of that. From there I’ll mix up some resin and go to town with a toothpick for each piece of text. One more pour for the main body then sanding and slapping it on a keyboard!
I know you didn’t ask for a full on explanation but I figured it may be interesting. And I love doing it so it’s fun to talk about. I’m using this system for molds. Actually designed by a redditor u/imyownyear
