You already have a keyboard but the Kinesis Freestyle is really worth it if you have any kind of wrist pain whatsoever. It seriously helps.
Could you use a sit/stand desk adapter? I also have a kneeling chair, which is really nice — it helps posture a lot more than you’d think it would.

The Kinesis Keyboard + Stands along with a USB Apple Magic Trackpad (instead of a regular mouse) seriously helped my wrist pain.

hey my friend, I should be clear, I wasn’t the person who made the original suggestions but rather someone who searched “Cloud Nine C989M” on google and found this thread.
Apparently the Cloud Nine people are out of stock, and it’s super expensive. Where I live (Canada), they dont have distributors either.
I did find this – Kinesis Freestyle2 Keyboard for PC, Us English, Black, 9 Inch Separation and VI, for $210 CAD ($157 USD).
Alternatively, I did find this – Kinesis Freestyle2 Ergonomic Keyboard for PC (20" Extended Separation) which I can get used for $125+$69 for the lift kit for a total of $194 CAD ($145 USD).
What would you buy?
