A pillow like this definitely helps! I had very bad tearing and this was the only way I could sit in a chair to eat for a couple weeks. It will get better (I’m 100%) but it sucks while it lasts!

Also, it’s pricey af (that bottle is $35 for 1 week supply) but I used Arnica and Bromelain to help with bruising and inflammation because both Wittenberg and my electrologist seperately both recommended it. I can’t compare to not using it but my swelling has been pretty manageable (my understanding is that this week is the rough one for swelling/wound separation).
