Try getting a USB switcher, that way you can use the same keyboard/mouse/webcam/mic for both your pc and when you use your work laptop.

Mac is a little bit harder since the keyboards aren’t exactly the same and if you like the magic keyboard for the side scrolling if you work with huge excels (but I ended up asking IT to just send me a pc in the end). However, you can always get a keyboard that has mac and windows capability.
