I often code on different devices, and need mac capability, so my workhorse is the Keychron K6. Works with ipad/mac devices.
But… it is a solid and significant item, this is the sort of thing you should probably have a briefcase or backpack to add to your tablet. It is compact but a little thick, it isn’t a pocket item for sure. Battery only needs to be topped off every week or so. Anyway, lots of typing, very comfortable.
Now, my more portable recommend is a folding one by plugable. This is more for when you won’t be spending hours typing, but still want more than the screen keyboard. I like this form factor better than the ones that are part of a tablet case, its a separate item I can take or leave as needed, but still incredibly portable. Not a mechanical keyboard, but very handy.

Yesterday, ~5PM, I ordered a Keychron K6 off amazon. I own Prime, and it was advertised as having free one-day shipping. I, of course, opted into this and ordered my keyboard.
Here’s the issue: while my tracking page assures me that my package will arrive before 9PM today, the page did not claim that it had been shipped until around 6PM today. Now, only 2 1/2 hours away from the supposed delivery, I’m getting a bit nervous. Obviously. I tried typing my tracking ID into this and was told that it could not be found, but I also get the feeling that the site isn’t real for some reason.
Any ideas? Concerns? Ask me any questions or insult my intelligence as necessary.
