Keychron for sure! I just got the K4 for $65. Their models range anywhere from $60-100 so if you don’t care about RGB or Bluetooth you can save a few bucks. The swappable switches are cool but probably not something I’ll end up using.

Oh, or the Keychron K4. It’s what we call a 96% layout. It’s more compact than a full size, but it still has a numpad.

Keychron makes excellent entry-level prebuilt mechanical keyboards at about that budget. If you need the numpad, how about a K10 or a K4?

Look into 96% keyboards. If you want to spend a lot of money, Iqunix makes some really good prebuilts. If you want to spend a little less, look at the Keychron K4.
