Unfortunately you’re not really going to get a pod machine for under $50. The Nespresso and Keurig are the two most common manufacturers so it just depends on whether you want a cup of coffee or shots of pseudo-espresso. The one posted above or this one are probably the best you’re going to get for around that price.

Edit: If you’re going to be drinking more than a cup a day, I would definitely go with another method as you’re going to be paying upwards of $50 a pound in coffee when beans at your local store will cost you anywhere from $9-15 a pound.

Keurig’s single-serve maker is $83. Hamilton Beech sells one for $50. I guarantee HB isn’t losing money on their maker, as they don’t get any pod royalties.
