It might be challenging to find a prebuilt Bluetooth with an aluminum body; I think most are built of plastic since it’s cheaper and they don’t have to engineer it to account for the Bluetooth signal. The Keychron K12 does have an aluminum body version, but the RGB versions are mostly out of stock and I have no idea what the software is capable of.

I personally use the Kemove 61 Shadow (a hotswap board) and I’m pretty happy with it, but another user recently informed me that others are having severe stuttering issues with the Bluetooth connection (something I’ve also experienced occasionally), so I’m not sure I can recommend it. However, the software (while not the best) does allow you to change the keymap at least one layer, if not more.

There are also more and more Bluetooth PCBs that support open source firmwares like ZMK or QMK/VIA, if you want to build a custom keyboard with robust keymapping options and an aluminum case. I’ve seen the nice!60 PCB recommended a few times, but if you search for “60% bluetooth PCB” on this sub or elsewhere, more options should appear. I participated in the BIOI G60BLE Rev2 groupbuy (QMK/VIA compatible) and just got my PCB a couple weeks ago.

Maybe this Kemove Shadow 60%. Same size as the Huntsman Mini, but uses Gateron brown switches, less expensive, and has hot swap switches that can be switched with any MX Cherry compatible mechanical switch.

I’ve also heard pretty good things about the Dierya DK61E. Even less expensive at €69.99 with essentially the same features as the above.
