I use this set up when I was still office-bound: Foldable Electric Kettle and Kajava Single Cup pour over or my French Press with the Gourmia Kettle if I need more than one cup of coffee. Small size, less than $30 and all you would have to bring with you is the day’s coffee grind (or loose tea) and a few paper coffee filters.
