The MDR-XB700 is another discontinued model, so you’d have to find them on Ebay for reasonable prices. But really, the MDR-XB500 is probably what you want, and those are less expensive used.
Another bass cannon is the JVC HA-SZ2000, but last I saw, it was close to $200.
Beyond that, I’m out of suggestions, since I don’t keep up too much with this subset of headphones. You can look for more options in this thread over at Head-fi.

Anyone have any experience with a Ha-sz1000? I’m wanting a headphone that provides some serious bass, and after doing some research I believe this set is the biggest bang for my buck.
Also, I think it would be a good idea to get an amp with these as well, correct?

Look on Ebay for the Sony MDR-XB500. I see several in excellent shape there.
That or increase your budget to $115 and get the JVC HA-SZ1000-E.

The JVC HA-SZ1000($128) and HA-SZ2000 ($186) are both really great basshead headphones for the price, but you’ll need some kind of amplification to run them at their full potential like a Fiio E12 (portable). The quality jumps up significantly from sub-$100 headphones, I’m not sure if you can find it in your budget to get the $126 ones + a $100 amp(could buy it later after the headphones?), or the higher end model even, but the jump in quality from something like the Denon D1100 (~$90) is worth it.

If you can stretch your budget by $20, these are awesome:
·
Order direct from Japan:
2 drivers per ear, 1 solely dedicated to bass frequencies.
