LOL my ears stick out a lot so I totally know what you’re talking about. I use this plush pillow sometimes that I got at 5 Below that has a hole in the center to put your arm through, but I’ll put it under my head so that my ear doesn’t get squished. Here’s a similar kind of one, I couldn’t find anything exact- mine i just plain grey.
