sorry I should have been clearer with that, I ment accu/battery.
I heard that leaving electricity constantly on the accu is really bad for machine (but I’m unsure if that’s actually the case), and I don’t want to have to keep plugging it in and out all the time. for example the JBL charge 3

I’ve not heard the JBL Charge 3 yet however I do own the Charge 2+. Many of my friends also own the SoundLink Mini 2. Personally I think the charge 2+ sounds great. Solid balance throughout the lows mids and highs. Sounds a lot clearer and ‘higher quality’ than the Bose and the bass seems a lot more solid and true. The Charge 3 seems to be better so I’d highly recommend giving that a go. If you buy directly from JBL’s site you get a return period if its not what you want but I highly doubt you’d be dissapointed
