get these instead, better sound quality overall, a little less bass, and dirt cheap compared to the beats, also really portable, decent battery life, amazing build quality and you get to keep a lot of money to get something better for inhouse use

don’t get anything below HD5xx series, anything lesser is cheaply made and will break really easy, if you want something cheap that sounds decent and it’s built like a tank get these https://www.amazon.com/Jabra-Move-Wireless-Stereo-Headset/dp/B00MR8Z28S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1495120846&sr=8-1&keywords=jabra+move

I’m considering purchasing some Jabra headphones, but haven’t come across anything about them on this sub. I found them via Wirecutter’s recommendation list, but am curious if anyone has any experience with the brand/company.

Budget around $300 or less

Source Phone, laptop both through bluetooth

Isolation Like some, I don’t want to hear everything in the room but some is okay.

Preferred type of headphone Closed on ear. Bluetooth (I know, I know. But I don’t want a cord).

Preferred music A bit of everything (country, rock, rap, metal).

Tonal balance Bassy is good, but only because I’m not used to it in headphones. So I guess fairly balanced, as long as the bass exists.

Past headphones Apple EarPods. The smallness is nice I guess. Good for facetime, not so much for music.

Additional info I powerlift and wear them during each lift, so it’d be nice if they weren’t ruined by some sweat. I have a pair of Beats Solo 2 that’d I’d like to replace (they were sort of a gift).

I’ve looked into these, they seem alright. Anything better? Thanks!

These are the headphones I am getting

Ahh I just noticed that they would have no effect since they only support 4.0

If you like on-hear headphones, my pick would be the Jabra Move Wireless Headphones. I have a pair and they’re great. The sound quality is quite nice and they’re extremely comfortable. They’re a full Bluetooth headset as well, not just stereo headphones. I use them for headphones with my PS4/XBox as well and can go for hours without them hurting my ears (I wear glasses, which can be uncomfortable sometimes with other headphones). You can also use them wired (cable included) if the battery dies, but only as regular headphones. The top end volume is pretty loud, but if you turn it down, it’s perfectly reasonable. Amazon has them for $80 right now.

These look ugly. Just get a pair of Jabra Move headphones for $50 bucks.
