I normally hate chairs with arms, but my current chair has been doing well for me.
I bought this chair back when they cost $90 (seriously, look at the cost of office and computer chairs over the last two years; they’ve all literally doubled or tripled in price.)
I then proceeded to install a small amp and low-pass filter to the underside, and fitted 4 small bass transducers to create a hell of a rumble feedback chair. Because of the way the chair is designed, all of this is completely hidden, except for the controls on the amp and low-pass filter, which are situated so they don’t stand out, but I can easily reach down to my side and adjust them.
I also bought a roll of upholstery foam and stuffed the top of the arms and the seat, to make it exceedingly comfortable, because the factory foam is too thin.
