My favorite self tanner for face by far is this isle of paradise one! I’ve tried SO many and that’s the only one that you can apply after all of your nighttime skincare products as the last step, and it blends so well and looks so natural. I will never try another one now. It lasts a few days, but you only need about five drops for the face so the bottle lasts a long time.

The filler. Ugh. I got the Juvederm Voluma filler in my tear troughs about three months ago, which is supposed to last two years-guess we will see if it does. She used a cannula for both sides until the very last bit of the filler in the syringe. Then she breaks out a needle and just directly injects it into my tear trough under my right eye. From the minute she did it, I had a ridge directly on my tear trough. I went back three days later and someone else massaged the Hell out of it trying to push it into place. It went down, but now I have a bump there. It’s not as noticeable with makeup and nobody else really looks at my face as closely as I do, but it is definitely there.

However-my tear troughs definitely look better. I’ve traded in deep troughs for small blue circles if I don’t wear makeup because of the new shadow. That’s easily fixed with peach corrector and concealer though.

I guess I shouldn’t say I would never do it again. I probably would of I needed to. BUT I would make sure to tell them to ONLY use a cannula and not a needle. If she would have just done that, I feel like I would t have a bump under my eye :/

Wow that was longer than I intended 😂
