Maybe try and find an entry level gaming keyboard. Something like this on Amazon. It doesn’t come with white backlight, but there’s a shade of blue that comes close. I guess it’s a start in the right direction. The problem is it’s a rubber dome that tries to copy a mechanical keyboard and you said you don’t want something like that. It’s still a rubber dome keyboard but maybe it has some spring inside the rubber dome to make it stiffer.
Edit: From what I can see in the comments, there’s a dude that posted a video and some photos of the keyboard and it looks like it has white backlight in one of the photos.
