Stretch, do planks, get a foam roller and do a routine a few times a week while you’re watching TV.
Also, I swear by this thing. It’s expensive, but it’s way cheaper than physical therapy. I use it regularly, and after buying it, I felt so loose I walked differently.

I highly recommend looking for a percussion gun. I find it really helps me work out the kinks.
