After some more research, experiment and more thinking, I can say a few things,
-Although my hand sweat is really extreme, I bought a mechanical keyboard and it’s been fine so far (been more than 6 months now). I realized the chances of the sweat getting the board to the point that it stops working is very low.
-You can a get a small towel and keep it around on your lap or your desk so that you can wipe your palms every now and then
-a mini fan can help, but I live in a very humid place so that has less effect
-you can get a water proof/ spill resistant keyboard. Some that I can think of are Corsair K68 ( it has RGB and only red), Razer Cynoca v2 and Cynoca chroma.

Currently typing on Z-88 I really like it.
The switches are easy to swap and came with about 5 extras. I haven’t had to swap any and I have been using it daily for over a year.
