Yeah. Every cheap mechanical is blue switches. I hate it so much.
I was close to buying this for my on-the-go gaming, but eventually just bought a smaller chiclet keyboard from Canadian Amazon.
There is a real shortage of choice when it comes to TKL and 60% keyboards in Canada. I ended up getting a Corsair Rapidfire TKL for my main keyboard, and I’m not super excited about the idea of spending another $200 if anything happens to it.

You probably won’t find genuine Cherry MX switches in a TKL for that low of a price. But you’ll definitely find a decent board with cherry clones.
I use the E-Element Z88. Uses Outemu switches. I have brown and they are very nice. Clean, subtle tactile bump with a very soft click.
They have red switches as a choice for switch and have RGB.

I know this doesn’t answer your question at all but this is what I use and inputs (sans Akuma) are trivial. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CN5YKW6/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Are you sure about that? I can find chinese items with tons of sales and still no taxes. You are saying because the seller has less then $30k they don’t pay tax?
