You can’t really get a screen tablet to draw on for that price, but if you already have a desktop or a laptop, you can easily get a slate-style tablet for less than $100. There’s a bit of a learning curve as you adjust to looking at your monitor instead of your hand as you draw, but once you get used to it, it feels very natural. I’ve been using this style of drawing tablet for almost twenty years with no complaints.
My recommendation is to avoid Wacom and get a Huion. You get more bang for your buck with much easier drivers to install, with the same (or better) functionality as the more expensive Wacom.
This is the one I currently have: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082MX126F/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_Q9ZBXPQDCYFV8QQHWSYE

You should get a Graphic Drawing Tablet, but the kind of tablet that connects to your laptop or iPad. I’m linking one below:

Hey! I use one for vroid since I draw all of my textures. It helps make smoother lines and I can vary the thickness of lines when used in combination with Krita, a free art program. I feel like curves are alot cleaner and “realistic” with the tablet too since the pen works like a pen and paper. I suggest getting one of you plan on doing alot of models, clothing, or other textures for sure!
I use a Huion HS611 as of right now. It’s a good starter tablet imo. You’ll also want an artist glove. I bought a set of 4 on Prime Day for $5, but it looks like they aren’t too expensive anyway.
