But then it would either be backwards or he wouldn’t be able to see the interior while sitting at the desk if it were faced forward. There’s some pretty reasonably priced desks on amazon.

Only problem I had with it is I thought it had more space in the back to house cables and mount a monitor stand. It is more or less flush, when I ordered it I thought it had more of a lip in the back. But it’s nice and if I really want to mount the monitor I can just custom cut a lip spot in the back.
