I had a preemie as well and ended up exclusively pumping for 10 weeks (I’m happy to say she is 14 weeks today and EBF) so I bought one of these. It seriously helped me so much with clogged ducts. Also make sure you are using a hospital grade pump. The other ones just aren’t meant for exclusive pumping.

If I had a bad one I would take a rice pack and warm it up and use the mini massager at the same time. It worked well for me.
