What is the opinion of Reddit about the

its the GK61 but i changed the keycaps, added foam to the interior, and lubed all the switches but without doing all that its still an awesome keyboard.

I’ve been scouring the internet over the past week looking for a more than less pre-built keyboard with hot swappable key switches. I really want to try out the Kailh Box Jades because I really like the sound and enjoy clicky switches as is.

The trouble is, any of the more mainstream boards I’ve been looking at only come in black or silver aluminum. Not really something I want as the whole point in buying a new keyboard is to match my white setup. I would totally build it all from scratch but I am not confident enough in my soldering skills yet.

Upon closer inspection I have found that this keyboard only allows the use of optical switches. Not something I’m really looking for either. Apparently there is an MX style switch board, however I have only been able to find it in black (Extremely picky I know ).

Anyways, if any of you guys could give some recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.

Gk61 optical. U can find it on Amazon. I moded the keeb and it’s way better than stock.
