I’d start with Boba U4 since you’re looking for quiet and tactile. Glorious Pandas if you can’t get Bobas for any reason.
$20 isn’t going to get you anything decent with keycaps so if you can up your budget to at least $40 or more, you can check out something like these which are PBT and will suit your 60% or other future builds.

I’m typing on this set right now and they’re pretty decent. Great value for the price. I have GMK sets too and in some ways prefer these, they’re sort of smoother and don’t run the same risk of ABS shine. Was surprised to find them on Amazon.

I got the aluminum case a couple weeks ago and it’s AMAZING. It’s super solid, well made, and takes the board from great to fantastic. These caps are really solid quality and come in some decent colorways. Not GMK but still great feeling and sounding, look pretty good as well.
Edit: plus the kits are fully compatible with the UT47!

Hk gaming sets (these are cherry profile) have fun keys as well command option keys for Mac. Any of those could fit in place of a windows key?

I’d recommend either the Drop Artifact Bloom BoW or HK Gaming BoW.
Both are PBT dye-sub in Cherry profile. I have the HK Gaming ones and they’re great caps. I ordered a set of Drop Artifact Bloom in Dark Dolch- from the reviews, they’re just as good if not better than the ones from HK.

The first one is from a brand that I trust, the other two are the ones that match your color preference, but I can’t find a clone set at that price with japanese sublegends. Consider getting more expensive keycaps for more choices.

How about something like this PBT BoW keycap set off Amazon?. I have one of these on a budget board that my kids use for Minecraft and they’ve quite decent for the price.
