Probably for people that have a desk job and want to get some exercise while they work. Similar to standing height desks or under desk peddlers or treadmill desks

DT: I believe in the spiritual world. I know that I am given opportunities and that signs sometimes point that I made the right or wrong choice. There is no accident to many things in my life. I consider myself a person of faith, but not religious.

QotD: That although I am maintaining at about the same spot, my waist and my boobs are definitely shrinking, and I can now see tendons in my calves and neck. I know recomposition is a thing, and I embrace it.

I am enjoying my boss being away for two weeks! She was in a flurry of getting things done, and kept sending requests for me to update student files, while I had my whole day full already. Sigh. I did balance it all, but had some end of my rope moments yesterday.

I went to Lucky’s and got more vegetables including a Southern Slaw mix with cabbage, peppers, and onion that I will make a dressing for tonight. I was sadly disappointed by their lack of grilled and marinated vegetables on their salad bar, but because I waited to eat anything until 12, I was fine with the food I had and a bit of chocolate.

I made brownies last night. It’s this recipe, with four spoonfuls of Maranatha dark roasted peanut butter dropped then swirled in. I have been very satisfied with the recipes from that blog lately. This took 10 minutes longer to bake. My husband who is low carb said they are really, really good. I like that I get to use my stash of beef gelatin in it and it was a one bowl and whisk operation.

Lunch today is two chicken thighs with roasted cauliflower and prosciutto. Dinner will be proscuitto and cheese wrapped chicken thigh bundles, zucchini, and fresh mozzarella. I had a cold brew coffee with half almond milk and half water with a splash of half & half on my way in and really enjoyed that.

These linen crop pants had a front butt last week, but this week much of that has gone down and I am stoked about that! I like the way they fit so much that I think I’ll get the light khaki pair this weekend.

Advice needed Which under desk fitness item do you have and use? Is it helping? I am debating to buy this tomorrow or not.
