So I saw the Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Face Wash mention on the under-the-radar product thread and was wondering if anyone with dry skin uses it? A bunch of random online reviews said it was better for oily skin or that it dried them out.

I’m debating on getting it since Amazon has some sort of 20% off coupon going on right now here, but I consider myself more on the dry side than oily and don’t wanna risk making my face a peeling mess again.

I am battling acne too and really like this cleanser. Doesn’t make me feel tight and is cheap. Kinda smells weird though but I can deal. It does have a strong smell, but it doesn’t last long, or maybe I get inured to it quickly. To me, it smells like dead lightning bugs (weird, I know). But it works wonders! I get mine from Garden of Wisdom, and I also use watermelon seed oil because my skin loves it…it heals everything so quickly!

EDIT: I also use Himalaya Neem face wash

I have not used the neem soap OP mentioned but I have used neem facewash Himalayas neem facewash and dyi neem leaf paste. It’s very good as bactericidal and gets other skin infections under control. I didn’t find the facewash drying at all. Also, I have t zone oily, acne prone skin.

I’m not Indian so I hope I can help but I tried so many cheap Indian skincare brands when I was in Nepal. My absolute fav for price and quality is Himalaya Herbals! Coming in here to rave about two products –

The is Neem Cleanser is cheap and non irritating. It doesn’t dry you out either.

The Neem Clay Mask is amazing too, it really saved my skin when my origins charcoal mask ran out and I think did an even better job in keeping my skin clear!

Fyi amazon has a more than 2x price inflation on these products, so for anyone in Nepal or India, definitely check this brand out 🙂

Ok, well; posted on Amazon and a customer answered that it’s a perfect 5.5. But who knows…

we have a sort of similar skin type! I use Himalaya Neem Face Wash. it’s pH balanced, didn’t break me out (CosRX did, sadly), and it’s pretty cheap! 🙂
