If you do it, remember, page 106. read everything about the techniques and the form and the timing and intensity and amount of reps per exercise. Read Mentzer’s philosophies and do Darden’s routine.

get it from the library if you have to or can it is this specific book and that specific routine.
I may even try to find the time to write this up in a comment or post. in the meantime I suggest you read about those two people’s philosophies, of course there are all kinds of new routines and books available but there are many restaurants in the world to eat at also I am talking about a very specific program

it was one example of a claim. it is not my claim. I did not read all of it, nor did I think that was possible without drugs. I only know my own story, which is true.
there are many arguments in training. I believe regimens need to be varied, over time you need to stay a step ahead of your body’s adjustments.
there is a lot more on Mentzer and Darden out there.
I don’t claim it to be the only or best long term strategy.

I am saying 3 times a week, full body, high intensity workouts as outlined on page 106 of Darden’s “High Intensity Bodybuilding” added 13 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks for me.

This Book has specific training regimens, and also a full body workout for beginners that I guarantee will pack on muscle if you follow it for two months.
The full body routine will also work for people who have been training for a while and do not have a clear map for visible substantial all around gains.
