The "posture fit" and the regular pad one. $100 more would only be worth it if it was the posture fit kind as you can just buy the pad one off amazon for $25 and add it to your chair. I would also recommend calling a herman miller dealer near you and asking if they have any floor models for sale so you would get a warranty.
