I will say i biught a gaming chair cause it was comfy but immediately replaced the plastic pieces with the below for fear of the same.

So, I got really lucky with my Chair.
In my area we have ‘end of the month’ loose trash and about 3 months ago I decided to drive around one weekend looking for a new office chair. I found this – https://www.thehumansolution.com/office-master-pt78-chair.html
It had a missing base and no Arms. I tore it completely down, greased the springs and rail systems, replaced the back with a custom mesh frame I found on Amazon, ordered 2 way adjustable Arms built for a ‘Boss Chair’, and replaced the Base + Casters with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M8S005W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EYTIHLG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. I was going to replace the Gas Pump with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014JY6NSU/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 but after replacing the top seals it stopped ‘bouncing’ around. I also ordered a seat cover since there was some tears from what looked like a Cat on the bottom cushion.
But, its a prefect chair and 10hours is nothing for me now. Lower back pains are just gone compared to the trash chair I was using before (some office depot special).
