I have been battling what I thought was really bad allergies the last two days and haven’t been feeling too well today, hopefully this doesn’t turn into another cold… I hit my programmed reps for DL and Squat, and went easy on my assistance work. Broke another set of ear buds because my phone fell out of my pocket during hanging leg raises, maybe I’ll should get some wireless headphones.
