I use this Harbinger belt. I’m 5’5″, 112#, and the small fits me perfectly.

Just get a cheap velcro belt. Avoid getting it through Rogue, you’ll pay more. Like this Harbinger one for $19.41 or this Valeo one for $18.50. They’re free shipping with prime and last long enough. I use mine almost every day for just weightlifting training and the velcro lasts me about a year before it really starts to wear out.
