We bought one of these when we used to car camp with the kids and space was an absolute premium.

Works great, but now we camp for longer periods of time in the RV than we did car camping, and now the kids are young adults (but still accompany us for many trips) who also drink coffee. We were facing a cross country trip with some aggressive daily mileage goals and I didn’t want to add waiting to pour over multiple cups of coffee to the daily morning routine. Since we had the space, I bought a large french press.
Now I prefer the press because I want my morning cup sooner than later, and I don’t mind the cleanup. Hubby still prefers the pour over both for taste and cleanup.
