Great Lakes Collagen Hydrolysate. Make sure it’s Hydrolysate because the body absorbs it better, this was recommended by a good friend who is a chef and helps write and edit cook books- I’m telling you this because basically she is one of the most picky people I know when it comes to the quality of her food, and anything she puts into her body. The best deal we’ve found is on Amazon. She had me try it because her whole family has suffered from either eczema or other terrible skin condition, and she knew this worked. But I didn’t believe her til I tried it myself. Because I’ve suffered with this for so long, I don’t just believe something works until I feel it and see it for myself. I literally felt my skin barrier was better, and I even saw that my skin was luminous- LUMINOUS! The parts that didn’t have bad eczema at least lol. My joints also felt better as well. I couldn’t believe it and actually started looking online for before and after pictures of people and was impressed. Remember collagen repairs the basic building blocks of our skin. It’s just science 🙂 good luck! Also know that spending on your body, sometimes it takes 3 to 12 weeks to finally see and feel a difference. I guess my skin was so bad that I saw a difference within 3 weeks! We shocked and very impressed. Good luck! I feel like everyone(not just eczema warriors) should take collagen!

Thank You herezy. I’m brand new to DIY so I’ll look into all of this. I saw Making Cosmetics sells hydrolyzed protein but stupid question. I have hydrolyzed protein in the form of a supplement. Could I use this even though it’s a food item?https://smile.amazon.com/Great-Lakes-Certified-Pasture-Raised-Hydrolysate/dp/B00XB2YFBE/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1504739912&sr=8-1&keywords=hydrolyzed+protein+great+lakes

I just read a pretty informative article around here that I think concludes that taking this internally may not be that beneficial. I figure if I can re purpose what I have, then maybe that will work.
