took the pictures right after moisturizing

Hello readers and watchers. I have eczema and it flares up at times throughout my life. Last year during quarantine it decided to flare massively and gave me the worst darkening I’ve ever seen. It is not just a “spot or two” on my neck. These are huge patches of darkened, sensitive skin. Whenever I treat it I notice is still gets red after certain chemicals, don’t know if this is bad or not. Current “routine” for the darkening specifically:

AM:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FUZ6DD2/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_api_glt_fabc_N6795WQYPDF3QFW58T9D?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 <<< Let sit for 30-60 seconds, clean face and neck

Pure Kojic Acid Soap (Maximum Strength) for Dark Spots & Hyperpigmentation, Helps Even Skin Tone (Not for Sensitive Skin) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HXTD60W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_E6T9CETCBQH9H9N32V01 <<< Let sit on face and neck for 30-60, wash and rinse.

Moisturize with Aquaphor.

Apply SPF 50 every 2hr throughout day. (Heavy labor job that’s outside a lot)

PM:

Same Glyocolic Cleanser
Same Kojic Acid
Aquaphor

It’s been about 1 1/2 months since routine start. Not really noticeable results. What am I doing wrong? This is not a spot or three from a bump or something. Any “love yourself” deflections completely ignores the fact that my neck is literally a nuclear crater at the moment. It’s definitely something people notice and talk to me about, and I’m sure unattracts even more.

Thank you.
