What is the opinion of Reddit about the
Globe Electric 5698601 Swing-Arm Desk Lamp, with Base, Black?

Great guide. I have a very similar setup going right now. I used a desk lamp from Amazon. The lamp I linked has 2 models, one with a base and one with a clamp.

I went with a 15W SANSI bulb.. the closest Ikea is 2hrs away so I relied a lot on Amazon.

I hope I’m understanding you correctly.

Could you use any of these lights and clamp them to whatever you’d clamp DMX lights to?

I have the 33.86-inch swingarm light above that’s rated for 100 watts and a Hue color A19 bulb works fine in it.

I think if you’re in the market for a “grow light” that’s sufficient for a basic low light plant, you can just start with a regular lamp and stick a full spectrum LED bulb in it.

It’s worth the money 100%. Yes, I do have the flux light in the lamp. There is very little setup and it’s really easy to do.

I got 2 similar of these on work and they barely stand. i would not put on them 500$ worth of sensitive electronics
