Are hot swappable bluetooth 60% MKs not a thing? Only thing I can find is the GK61 Kit.
Asking because a switch on my AP2 wore out and I have to go through the pain of using a soldering kit which I don’t want to do every time a switch wears out.

I hope this isn’t too bad to post these here, as i didn’t want to create yet another ‘help me build’ thread in the main sub-reddit….
I’m trying to work out what parts to order to build my first Mech from scratch. I have some questions however –
PCBs
I’m looking at something hotswap so i can play around with switches, but I’m not finding any TKL hotswap PCBs. Is anyone aware of any?
Assuming not, my backup is the GK61XS kit from Amazon that comes with a plastic case.
Cases
I hear however that the GK61XS has size issues, is there a known list of cases that it will fit in anywhere does anyone know? As i’d like to get a metal case?
Stabs
Searching around Amazon shows a fair number of different stabs from different sellers. Are there any recommended sellers on Amazon for this sort of thing?
Lube
I belive Krytox/205 is the standard, is this correct?
Switches
I’m fairly used to Cherry Browns right now, having used them on my existing keyboards, and whilst i like them, i’d like something a little more…bespoke.
I was considering some of the Zeal switches – does anyone have any overall observations or recommendations there? (yes, i’ve read the wiki, 😉 i’m looking for direct input from others experiances).
Other
I plan to start collecting the parts to put all this together late next month, other than the above (+ caps), anything else i could be missing?
Some plasters to do the plaster mod? Small paint brush for the lube? Something to stuff inside the case to help with sound dampening?
Anything else?
