I’m allergic to everything also. I have no eye watering or typical allergy symptoms. I do have a cough and my lungs are irritated all the time also. It gets worse in the summers for me. I notice sometimes my longer term I halers like Simbicort makes me worse. You could ask your doctor to try something different and even ask them about singular it’s a allergy\asthma medication that could help maybe.

I get this vibration issue also when I cough and pound on my chest. I’m allergic to everything also. Try getting a HEPA filter air purifier in your home and see if that helps.

It sucks anything airborne into it, including smoke. You will probably need a bigger one than I have depending on room size, but they still clear 95% of pure joint smoke out.

Pick up a HEPA air filter/purifier, and give some allergy medications a try, such as Claritin, Zyrtec, or Allegra.

For the smoke I highly suggest you get one of these air filters, it will clear the smoke out of a room pretty quickly.

You should check to see if the air filter you have on your home air intake for the ac is rated to filter out smoke.

And in case you do have to evacuate keep in mind that most deaths don’t happen from fire they happen from smoke inhalation, cars are not sealed. Get a good p100 rated respirator like this one it filters out 99.997% of particulates and most chemicals. Also keep a good pair of goggles around that seal well in case you have to drive through heavy smoke.

Also if you get a home ac filter and tie it to a box fan it can work as a semi usable filter. Make sure its one like this smoke particulate rated one
