What is the opinion of Reddit about the
Garmin Index Smart Scale, Wi-Fi Digital Scale, Recognizes Up to 16 Users, Up to 9 Months of Battery Life, Black?

I’ve been using a scale: Garmin Index. I’m not convinced it’s entirely accurate but it’s good for tracking your progress. I have also used calipers and I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. But just as a point of comparison the scale gives a number about 3-5 points higher than callipers. The nice thing about the scale is that it automatically tracks it for you. I’m looking into doing the Bodpod to see how that compares to the other two methods.
