Here, I found this in a quick scope through Amazon. It’s closest to what I’m referring to but you wanna search for a good one. Flip through the images they have for assurance.

There are a couple of types of drawing tablets. One like a Samsung Galaxy S6 is hardware/software in one. There are also tablets that must be connected to a PC/ laptop to work. I like the Galaxy S6 or 7 because of how portable it is and the majority of drawing/painting/animation apps are cheap or free. If you go with a tablet like this one
(GAOMON PD1161 11.6 Inches Tilt Support Drawing Pen Display with 8192 Levels Pressure Sensitive Battery Free Pen AP50 and 8 Shortcut Keys https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YFG742J/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_i_PTQDK58TRSSK1AF6VFA0 )
they are considered standalone products and need to be connected to a PC/laptop and you need to have software on the PC/laptop that will work well with it. The free options for software are more limited on the PC.
You can also get a tablet like this
XP-Pen Deco 01 V2 Drawing Tablet 10×6.25 Inch Graphics Tablet Digital Drawing Tablet for Chromebook with Battery-Free Stylus and 8 Shortcut Keys (8192 Levels Pressure) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077P6BQP7/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_i_7GXCT145BM99CEETE77Q?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
That doesn’t have a built in screen to draw on and just transfers your input to whatever monitor you are using.
