I would never ever recommend going for a pre-built. Just to give you an idea, I actually picked parts for something with similar specs and actual better components than your cyber power pc for 700 less bucks. For the same price you could like almost grab another titan x with some trimming, this is how much of a ripoff pre-builts are.
