Not sure what the exact differences are but amazon has one for the same price as well As far as I can tell the only difference is that the amazon one doesn’t come with those extra red keycaps.

I just purchased it last week. Still getting used to typing on a mechanical keyboard so I couldn’t give my actual review (other than I’m kinda wishing I got blues) but it does seem like a solid board. Every key seems to be fully rebindable so I can make the windows key do something useful in games.

I’d reccomend the Gskill KM780R or MX. Authentic Cherry MX switches, solid build quality, 6 dedicated macro keys, and also media keys. It’s also fully programmable.

The Turtle beach impact you had looks good then, You could go with this for a palmrest:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0186W6PKC/

or this for the most minimal:

I like the last one as the romer g’s are very low actuation height but still have a decent feel similar to the browns.

I do want you to be specific on the hand measurement though, its going to put you in a specific group here:

once you know your measurement, you can pick the fingertip group and look at the guy’s recommendations and really in depth review videos.

Get the motherboard and CPU at Microcenter for the bundle discount. They might have to update the BIOS of the motherboard for you as well. Usually the Asrock B350 motherboards will have a BIOS that is compatible. If not, Microcenter will do it for you.

You can certainly go cheaper on the monitor if you want. This one will provide a great experience for web browsing. This one would do just fine and is half the price.

Also, if you want a full keyboard with media keys, nice to have, check this one out. It’s obnoxious looking, but a good deal for a full keyboard with media keys and cherry mx brown switches.
