I bought one at the beginning of the pandemic and it’s rated for 220 lbs. Any treadmill should tell you what weight it’s rated for if that’s a concern for you. This is the one I bought and it’s actually held up really well. It goes up to 4 mph with the handle down and 6 mph with it up. The remote seemed really flimsy but it’s still kicking. My only complaint is when I turn it on it has a super obnoxiously loud beep, so don’t recommend using it when anyone is sleeping. I will also mention I’m only 5’0 tall so if you’re a little more leggy(like over 5’5) this one might be too short. It folds up against my wall pretty neatly, but it’s low profile enough to easily slide under a couch or bed unless they’re super low.

I’ve had this one for about 2 months and I love it. The “handlebar” goes up and down pretty easily if you want to use it as a regular treadmill, there’s a remote for the waking pad mode, and it stores well upright if you need it to. The only caveat is that it’s a little shorter than a treadmill you’d find at the gym so if you’re taller you might find yourself overstriding the length of the belt.
