I got this idea from trying a neck traction device; it was a neck collar that had a line to it that went to a clamp or pulley that latched over the top of the door, and the other end of the line held a plastic bag that filled with water. ’twas the shittiest thing ever. It basically felt like it was very slowly choking you while giving the lamest traction ever. I’ve also tried a rubber inflatable thingy, kind of like a life jacket or a bunch of attached rubber inflatable donuts that you wear around your neck. As you pump it up, it’s supposed to stretch out the neck. That sucked also.
I’d consider trying both of the items you linked to. I find the only pillow I can use is a memory foam contour pillow shaped like this:

I too am a stomach sleeper and I’ve been training myself for the last few weeks to sleep on my side and back using this memory foam neck pillow
