I regret not taking before photos but basically, I just had makeup split amongst recycled makeup bags (Ipsy bags, free bags that came with GWP from stores, etc.) on the desk.
This is the desk I bought a couple years ago to use as my vanity. I paid $28, it’s still only $32 on Amazon! It’s sturdy as hell but the top was looking a little worn from use: Desk
I saw a post recently where someone had used marble contact paper to cover the surface of a table, so I picked up a roll for $4 at Target. Easy fix! I also used it to cover the plastic inserts on my LED lighting.
Also from Target, this Sonia Kashuk acrylic organizer for $13: Organizer and this little hanging planter box for $9:Hanging Planter.
The other acrylic organizers are from Dollar Tree. The round one holding foundations and primers is actually a “trifle dish” I found in the party supplies.
I’m thrilled with the result, especially since I only spent $30 total on supplies!
