What is the opinion of Reddit about the
Flex Appeal by Rachel?

Was in my 30s to 40s. Got compared a lot with Cory Everson but actually wanted to get more of a Rachel Macleish softer shape. <<That book right there was my bible!

Strange. Talking about aesthetics. In my 60s now, my guy says he’ll dump me if I even try to get back in shape and it wouldn’t be difficult cause once you have it, it’s easy to get it back, just takes careful work and dedication. But he won’t have it. I think he’s intimidated by in-shape women. My sons both say he’s a chubby chaser! lol !!!
