Sceptre make very poor quality TVs. I would save money for a nicer one in the future. As for your build, I’m going to put together something which will maximize the usage for you and minimize the price.
Some of the parts when I google them individually are cheaper on newegg than it lists on PCPartPicker or not on PCPartPicker at all as far as I can tell, so I’ll list them below instead of in the list.
Partial list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pTsWnQ
Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132566)
RAM:

(10% off this week and has a $20 rebate on newegg)
The case you have currently looks like a nightmare to work in and has terrible airflow, I’d suggest one of these:

Cases are fairly subjective in terms of looks, but fairly objective in terms of airflow and wiring quality (NZXT has been a mediocre brand in that area)
You probably won’t need extra case fans, if you do, spring for the ‘Noctua’ brand. They cost more but for a reason. Very worth it, even if they have weird color schemes.
As for the mouse/keyboard I would suggest others, such as:

Mice:

http://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Rival-Optical-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B0160USMW6/
As for the monitor you should really invest in a nicer brand as it will last you a LONG time if you do.
These are good:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824260333
Both of these monitors have G-Sync which is a chip that works with nVidia graphics cards to prevent tearing. It stops you from needing to turn on V-Sync which means that you can run games like CSGO with insane smoothness and basically no input lag.
Let me know if you have any questions, because I’m sure some of this is different than what you were originally considering.

Posted this last time but didnt get any replies,
I’m in the market for some new keycaps that would fit my full Das ultimate, as I’m getting tired of just the blank look.I have Browns right now which I really like. I LOVE the look of the side printed keys, like these
http://www.amazon.com/Filco-Majestouch-2-Keyboard-FKBN104ML-EFB2/dp/B004Z0XSAA/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=108Y0FWBF09AK&coliid=IY75ZJJHL1EF1
on the Filco, but I don’t wanna have to shell out for a new board, i just want the keycaps. Does anyone know where one may purchase those caps?
Thanks!
