I would stop using scented anything.

This could be exacerbating your acne for one.

You can also get those face wash wipes from the drugstore. I use neutrogena, but my son uses acne control. This would be a good way to wash your face after sports at school.

Another trick to help your complexion is clean sheets. I don’t know how many sets of sheets you have for your bed, but if you had two, you could swap them off every other day and see if this makes a difference.

If this seems excessive, wash them twice a week and put on a clean pillow case every day.

ISSUE: I had acne a few months ago(don’t have it anymore) and it left a few really dark spots on my cheek. So, I want to order some stuff to create a routine (based on sca recommentations). And, I want your opinion on the routine.
