You can make an FA safe oil cleanser by adding 10-15% cromollient SCE to an FA safe oil – I do this with squalane and buy both from lotioncrafter:

For a second cleanse Vanicream cleanser is a gentle, popular option. I’ve been using this one from Etude House and like it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0894FMDHR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I haven’t tried any oral medications so I can’t speak to that, although I do believe I saw some benefit from taking cod liver oil and MSM (supplements).

I also felt Vanicream was a little stripping and recently switched to this one by Etude House that I’m liking: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0894FMDHR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I also agree with the other posts that oil cleansing is a much gentler way to remove makeup than micellar. I make my own oil cleanser with squalane and cromollient.

I’ve also found that using urea has helped make my skin less dry and reactive as well.
