I´m going to recommend a series of books / workout routines by men´s health that I did a few years back and that I really liked. However, remember that you have to reach a certain level of basic physical fitness, before you can expect to build real mass. So don´t be discouraged if you neded some time before you start so see results. In any case, you should be able to feel the results before you start to see them. Good luck!
