I got my Mirena taken out last May and my skin was TERRIBLE. I kept get hormonal acne on my chin, neck and behind my ears. The thing that I found helped the most was taking a cotton swab with ACV and using that a toner and then putting coconut oil on as moisturizer and then this cream on the active pimples. It took a month or two but my skin is not the best it has ever been and I only wear make up under my eyes to cover up my dark circles!

I have lovely adult acne … previous to pregnancy.
My skin care routine is:
-micellar cleansing water in the morning
Then I put on vitamin C serum

– if I go outside I put sunscreen lotion on right before I go outside
At night I used:
Cerave (I double cleanse at night)
-vitamin C serum
-lotion
For acne:
Use these patches to zap them over night

All of this is pretty cheap and it worked for my oily acne skin!
